We believe in growing in grace, having fellowship and fun, and in making a difference in the world.

UMW Rummage Sale
Please bring items NOW to our sale location at 1835 Whittier Ave. Bldg. #12 (near Placentia and 19th St.) Contact Judy Mears for drop off or pick up times. Large items O.K.
Attention, College Graduates!
Let us know if you are graduating from high school or college this year or if your loved ones are graduating from high school or college. We would like to recognize our graduates, but we need your help in remembering them. Please email the church office or leave the information in the church office and tell us who’s graduating by Wed., May 30.
Talent Challenge
UMW will give you $5 if you volunteer to meet the challenge of making that money grow to help others. April 28 and May 5, you will see those $5 bills being distributed on the church patio to anyone, man or woman, who will accept the challenge to make the money grow. See the UMW page for details!
Swap and Shop
Swap and Shop will be held June 13-15. UMW needs your new or gently used men's and women's clothes to sell at their Mesa Verde boutique. You can start bringing your items May 5. Clean out your closets now!
Brown Bag Food Distribution Program
Mesa Verde UMC is honored to be part of Second Harvest's Brown Bag program. It is open to seniors 60 and over whose income does not exceed $1,354/mo. per person or $1,821/mo. per couple. There is no charge. Qualified participants may participate in other food programs, as well. See the calendar above for dates of distribution.
