 CHILI COOK-OFF

& SQUARE DANCE

Saturday, October 11th

5:00 p.m.

Y'all come and join us for a good old-fashioned hoedown and chili cook-off. The fun starts with sampling a variety of chili cooked by our own MVUMC members. Drinks, salad & cornbread will be provided. We will finish the evening with square dancing. The cost for this fun-filled evening is $5 per person or $20 per family. Come dressed in western or square dance attire. Would you like to enter your own famous chili in the contest? Let us tell you how…

Guidelines:

Bring enough chili for 50 people to taste

Bring copies of your chili recipe to hand out

Bring your chili “hot” and ready to serve

The chili you enter must be homemade

If you enter the chili contest, you CANNOT be a judge

Awards:

Four exciting categories:

Best Tasting. Most Creative, Tums Award, and

People's Choice.

Sign-up on the patio!!
