At Mesa Verde UMC we're always up to something! For events where we need a head count, there is usually a sign-up sheet on the patio between services. If you can't make it then, just call the church office. They will be happy to put you in touch with the person in charge of that event. And if you need a ride, call the office, too. Don't forget our Hospitality Kitchen! For more than 36 years, we have been providing and serving a hot meal for the Southwest Community Center in Santa Ana. Take the time to make something for this monthly event or volunteer to help serve. Specific food, complete with recipe, is needed. Sat., Jun. 29, 3:30-Whenever! - All Church camp Out - Church Campus
To celebrate the National Wildlife Federation's Great American Campout, the PE&J team is coordinating a camp out on the church lawn. There will be activities, fun, and food for everyone. Camping out overnight is optional and will be on the front lawn and in the parking lot. Dinner, campfires, and singing are included! Breakfast will be served the next morning. (See below.) Costs are $10 per person for both meals/$7 for just dinner, $5 for just breakfast. Children under 5 are free. Bring your friends and neighbors! Proceeds will go to the Youth Mission Team.
